If there's one thing we've learned about this business, it is that every job is different. What works for a Fortune 500 company usually doesn't jive with a restaurant down the street. We understand this, which is why we custom tailor our process to fit your specific needs. Sometimes it just isn't practical (or cost effective) to drag you through a rigid, predetermined, 10 step process if all you need is a blog. Likewise, we avoid jumping into larger projects without following the discovery process with you to make sure we can accurately understand and manage expectations.

It's no secret, we're not a big agency. Instead we focus on producing big results by building the best possible team for each project. With over 14 years in the game, we have built a network of amazingly talented people. Being able to adapt to your requirements on a per project basis allows us (and you) to fully leverage this network. Mike Hughes - Founder

Mike has been involved in web design and development since 1996. His ability to bridge the gap between these concepts through effective communication and execution has proven crucial to continued client success. Through his career he has worked with clients spanning many industries including Entertainment (Newline Cinema, Paramount Pictures, Capitol Records), Commercial (Sony, Gateway, Red Bull), Business Services (VeriSign, Network Solutions) and Associations (National Mentoring Partnership, Alpha Kappa Alpha).

There's no down time for this guy. Husband, father, Ironman triathlete? Those are just some of the titles to describe him. When he's not working hard at the office, Mike trains for a variety of endurance events, enjoys spending time with his family, and giving back to a variety of charitable causes.
